Designing for Mental and Emotional Health

  • Date:Thursday, November 4
  • Time:4:00 PM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
  • Description: Research shows that disruptive forces such as social media use, isolation and bullying, and acute academic pressure correlate with increased anxiety, mood disorders and suicidal thoughts. School environments should be restorative, respond to the needs of students, and facilitate counsel by staff and mental health professionals.
