Rooted in research and precedents gained from 30+ years of cultural and educational facility design, learn how modern educational facilities are embracing design strategies frequently used by museums and cultural centers to create new opportunities for informal learning, often in unconventional places. The discussion will explore effective ways to leverage each aspect of the design to actively demonstrate and reinforce lessons beyond the classroom to accommodate different learning styles and emerging pedagogies.
