EDsession Program & Schedule

Maximize Stakeholder Engagement for K-12 Projects

  • Date:Wednesday, November 3
  • Time:8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time
  • Description: A successful public K-12 new construction project requires more than good design. It is critical to engage internal and external stakeholders in the school district and listen to them if the project is going to receive the support it needs to happen at all. Only by working to connect all stakeholders in open, transparent dialogue will everyone feel invested and valued. Hear from the design team and officials from the Peters Township School District how they gained support for their brand-new school in McMurray, PA. Learn different methodologies and multiple ways to develop a comprehensive process that builds trust, gathers meaningful input to inform decisions, and provides transparent information at each step in the process.
